In 2007 the founder realised that a typical household flushes about 1,500 litres of perfectly good drinking water (instead of readily available rainwater) to flush waste down the drain.

He then embarked on a mission to understand and minimise his personal use of energy and resources.  After analysing his transport fossil fuel usage and the benefit of electric he soon replaced his car with electric version.

Once he fully understood how to use electric vehicles and the many benefits they bring, he wanted to help their wide take-up where ever possible.

In the early days he identified many myths and misconceptions of electric vehicles and endeavoured to inform and educate people.

​

Later, in order to commit more time to promote electric vehicles, he became an independent electric vehicle adviser.

To minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources as far as reasonably practical.

The founder has over 10 years practical experience of driving and promoting electric vehicles.

His technical brain has allowed him to develop tools to help the take-up of electric vehicles including

• regularly achieving the maximum range of his electric vehicle with confidence thereby removing range anxiety

• developing an intelligent solar controlled charger to use available sustainable and free solar energy

• maximising battery life by controlling battery charge level.
